Registration Fees

The accompanying person's fee includes the welcome reception and the conference dinner.

The following fees (including 21 % VAT) are valid for all registrations:

Early bird fees (before 11 July 2016)

• Regular Delegate: 500 Euro
• Student: 250 Euro*
• Accompanying person's fee: 80 Euro

Late fees (after 11 July 2016)

• Regular Delegate: 600 Euro
• Student: 250 Euro*
• Accompanying person's fee: 80 Euro

Payment of the total amount.
Please note your registration will not be confirmed until your full payment has been received.
(*) The number of students participating at a reduced fee is limited to 50. The selection will based on the submitted abstract presented by the student.

Cancellation fees

Cancellation of participation:

• All cancellations must be made in writing to ND2016@semico.be or by fax: +32 9 233 85 97.
• For cancellations received by 30 June 2016, there will be reimbursement of 100% of the fees paid.
• For cancellations received by 30 July 2016, 50% of the fees will be reimbursed.
• No reimbursements will be made for cancellations received after 30 July 2016.
• Please note that there will be no refund for no-shows.
