Please be sure to select the conference topic that your abstract was assigned to.

As soon as your submission was successful the editors will assign the reviewers and you will be informed of their findings as soon as the review is done. Once accepted, you will be asked to complete a license agreement on SAGA.
In principle the time for review is limited to 2 weeks.

The format is A4, two columns and you may use either the word or latex2e templates available from the website of EPJ Web of conferences (www.epj-conferences.org). Please follow the instructions for authors and complete the license agreement.

Instructions for authors,

There is no point in sending contributions and license agreements directly to the conference organisers.
Contributions and license agreements may be lost if you fail to use the online submission system properly.
